About the soaks

Who are Otsukare soaks for?

They're for everyday warriors — the founders, caregivers, professionals, and partners who carry everyone else's load and rarely stop for themselves. If you need ten quiet minutes to come back to yourself, this is your reset.

What's in them?

Each soak is mineral-rich, small-batch, and made without synthetic fragrance or artificial dyes. Serendipity pairs magnesium-rich salts with colloidal oatmeal and lavender; Peach Silk blends mineral salts with coconut milk, peach, and cedarwood; Ryukyu Breeze layers mineral salts with light sea air and soft citrus. Full ingredient lists are printed on every jar.

How do I use a soak?

Run a warm bath, add about two heaping scoops (roughly 1/3 cup), let the minerals dissolve, and soak for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse if you like, pat dry, and rest.

Skin & safety

How do I know if Otsukare soaks are safe for my skin?

We recommend a simple patch test before your first full soak — especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Apply a small amount of dissolved product to the inside of your wrist or elbow, wait 24 hours, and check for any reaction. If all is well, you're ready to sink in. Our soaks are free from synthetic fragrances and artificial dyes, but as with any new product, your skin knows best. When in doubt, consult your physician — especially if you're pregnant, nursing, or managing a skin condition.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from Atlanta, GA within 2–3 business days. Once your package is on its way, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location, and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships. We ship within the U.S. only for now, with more regions coming soon.

Returns

What's your return policy?

We want every soak to feel like it was made for you — and if something isn't right, we'll make it right. Because our products are bath soaks, we're unable to accept returns on opened jars for hygiene reasons. Unopened, sealed jars can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you're unsatisfied, just email us and we'll take care of you. No hoops, no hassle.
