All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on the delivery method selected at checkout. 6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

11. INDEMNIFICATION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in DeKalb County, Georgia.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Otsukare regarding your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and Otsukare.
