We stand behind every jar we make. Because our soaks are small-batch and hand-packed, we ask that you review our policy before purchasing.
Unopened Products
We accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at hello@otsukarewellness.com with your order number. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Opened Products
Opened products are final sale. Due to the nature of personal care and wellness products, we cannot accept returns on opened jars. We appreciate your understanding.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Please email hello@otsukarewellness.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number.
