Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Otsukare. We are committed to delivering your wellness products safely and promptly.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): rates calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): rates calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75

All domestic orders ship from Dunwoody, Georgia.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the destination and order size.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Delays
Otsukare is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. Once your package is handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at jlindsay803524@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Otsukare is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
